If, after downloading and installing the software, you encounter a problem that prevents you from using the software, please write to us. We will work with you to ascertain the cause. If the problem cannot be resolved, we offer a full refund.
If, during the trial period (30 days), you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, we offer a full refund. Write to us and we will explain how to remove your license key. After the trial period, you are deemed to have accepted the product and no refund can be offered.
Licenses (see Pricing) must be redeemed within the trial period and are non-transferable.
