If, after installing our software, you encounter problems that prevent you from using it, please contact us. We will work with you to find the cause of the issue. If we cannot fix the problem, and you have paid for the software, we will give you a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with the software during the first 30 days after you start using it (the evaluation period), you can obtain a refund. This applies only if you placed an order for the software before the end of the 30-day evaluation period. Contact us and we will explain how to deactivate your license key.
Once the 30-day trial period is over, if you have not asked for a refund, it is assumed that you have accepted the software. After this period, you can no longer obtain a refund.
The license for the software is non-transferable. You cannot give your license to someone else to use. Each license is for use on a single machine. Each installation requires its own license.
