Transfer your licensed upgrade(s) to another computer

This page explains how to transfer a license you have purchased so that you can use it on another computer. It assumes you have access to both computers.

Step 1 - On the old computer (source)

Close Modeller if running.
While holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard, start Modeller. An activation panel will appear.
Select the Transfer License radio button.
Enter your original activation code for this computer. You will then be prompted for the site code of the new computer.

Step 2 - On the new computer (target)

Run Modeller.
Use menu option License - View site code
This site code will now be used to complete the transfer process on the old computer.

Step 3 - On the old computer (source)

Enter Site code from new computer.
Select Continue >>
Press OK to approve license transfer
New activation code dialog box will pop-up at this point

You now have a new activation code that you can use on the new (target) computer.

Step 4 - On the new computer (target)

Close Modeller if running.
While holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard, start Modeller.
An activation panel will appear. Select Unlock new features.
Enter the activation code you created above.
Select Continue >>

Southbeach Modeller will now start. Congratulations, you have transfered your original license to a new computer.
